Air Warrior User Preferences - Advanced
Click on each tab to see that page of 'User Preferences'.
Click on 'View Mode Customization' to see the 'Custom Detail Setup' window.

If you have enough memory 'Load All Plane Shapes' and 'Allow View Caching' will cut down on disk access during flight.
The 'Detail Setting' in 'View Mode Customization' adjusts the appearance of the ground terrain and other aircraft as visible from the cockpit. The keys 1-5 can change this in flight to the settings made here. The default setting is Medium, if you experience erratic frame rates you can switch to Low. If your computer performs well try the High setting.
If you use Scenario Aircraft Converter (SAC), you will only see the SAC plane art at the High setting.
The alternative is to choose 'Custom Detail Setup' under the 'Detail Settings' drop down menu's, where you can turn on and off each individual setting.
